I’m Trey Lawyer, owner and general contractor for TLC Homes located in Breckenridge, Colorado. I have 28 years of construction and contractor experience working in just about every aspect of construction.

While working for other companies, I found the time it took to finish a job was always more important than the actual craftsmanship. This resulted in shortcuts and frustration between both workers and customers. That is why I started TLC Homes in 2014 with a commitment to quality standards and customer service.

It was important to me to provide the best, so I started working with the best, establishing relationships with other like-minded, detailed oriented companies and subcontractors. In doing so, I am able to provide the highest level of quality in a timely manner, without the problems that some companies face.
